Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Generally, domestic orders take 3-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Currently, we offer shipping within the United States only. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping options to reach customers in other countries. Our goal is to provide our high-quality hair products to a global audience, and we are continuously exploring ways to extend our services beyond the U.S. We appreciate your interest and encourage you to stay connected with us for updates as we expand our shipping range in the near future.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the courier’s website.
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your order is delivered.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to update your shipping address. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the address.

Returns
